"People often ask me why I started a driving school, and my answer is always the same... I saw an opportunity to make a difference. As an Airborne Traffic Reporter going on 40 years, I've seen far too many injury wrecks that involve teens. And to this day, every time I report on one, it pains me to know that somewhere a parent's worst fear is being realized... getting 'that phone call'. We all say we want to keep teen drivers safe, but in essence, what we're really saying is we want to keep them from getting hurt. And how do you do that? You keep them out of wrecks... and that's where I knew I could help. Afte analyzing literally tens of thousands of wrecks from the air, I have a different perspective on what really causes them, and even more importantly, what it takes to stay out of one. So, I started my Driving School taking a unique 'Collision Avoidance' approach, cutting to the core of a teen driver's biggest risk. I believe it's the best way we can keep teen drivers from getting hurt, and hopefully along the way, give us a chance to make a meaningful difference in their lives. To me, that's really what it's all about.
